The Mac Original Chef knife with 8" blade is great for most chopping slicing mincing and more. The Grantons or Hollow Grinds on the side of the blade put air between the blade and what you are cutting to help eliminate food sticking to the knife. High carbon Chrome Molybdenum and Vanadium blade provides razor-like edges for effortless slicing.
